Got the most out of that 11 yo water pump😃. Back again on 5/19/26 for a transmission fluid replacement. Wish they would invite me into the bay to show me or at least take a pic of the old fluid instead of just telling me about it being dirty.

★★★★★Update: Today we decided to bring our truck in despite some past experiences, and I’m really glad we did. Our service advisor, Buck Bouchard, was truly excellent. He was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything. He took the time to explain things clearly and made the entire experience much smoother for us. Because of his outstanding customer service and great character, we will definitely be returning. He is a great asset to the team. I have experienced multiple issues with this dealership that have left me extremely dissatisfied. First, the front desk staff have been consistently rude and have even hung up on me in the past. Second, I was told that purchasing an electric vehicle would help offset the negative equity from my previous car; however, instead, the $20,000 I owed was simply added to my new loan, leaving me with an electric truck and no resolution for my prior balance. ?? they took the previous car “trade in” && it went down 0. Third, the truck has had three recalls since I purchased it in April—one of which remains unresolved. I have called twice for updates and have yet to receive a call back. Additionally, during my visits for recall services, one of the service representatives was inconsiderate and dismissive. I am a parent with a toddler, and each visit requires arranging rides and childcare, only to be contacted shortly after leaving and told that no repairs can be completed. Overall, I am deeply unsatisfied with the service and communication I have received and feel completely stuck with this vehicle.
